US v E5:
Client was a Drill instructor who was sent to a court martial for allegations of abusing several recruits.   He was charged with 22 specifications of assault, false official statements, orders violations, maltreatment, and provoking speech.  After a lengthy trial, which included media coverage, he was found guilty of only 1 specification of an orders violation and RECEIVED NO PUNISHMENT.
