______

US v E3:
Client was facing a general court martial for allegedly molesting his daughter.  He was charged with multiple specifications of indecent acts with a minor under the age of 12.  The defense filed multiple pre-trial motions to limit the evidence that the government could present in the case.  The defense successfully argued that the majority of the government’s evidence was hearsay or unreliable options of social workers and as such should not be admitted.   The convening authority, believing that the government no longer had sufficient evidence to convict the accused, ordered the CASE DISMISSED.  The client never went to trial and received no punishment.
